In 2021 REMONDIS took over the reverse vending division from the IT group Diebold Nixdorf. The takeover meant that REMONDIS could extend their activities in the reverse systems technology sector. During the takeover RE DEPOSIT was founded as a subsidiary of REMONDIS SE & Co. KG RE DEPOSIT continues to specialise in reverse systems with the objective of establishing a modular offer that can be customised but still supplies all components from one single source.
